I expect the same from all of my beautiful people! 💕 COMMUNICATION IS KEY! 📲 I can work with you when you communicate with me! Please keep me informed of any changes, concerns, or questions regarding your appointment. 💇🏽‍♀️ HAIR PREP Hair is INCLUDED with all styles! ✨ Please arrive with your hair washed and completely blown out unless a wash/blow-dry is included in the service you booked. Please do not apply oils, grease, or heavy products after blow-drying, as they can interfere with the products and techniques used during your service. If a last-minute wash, blow-dry, or takedown is needed, an additional $50–$70 fee will apply depending on the service required. Please disclose this when booking whenever possible. 📸 COLORS & INSPIRATION If your style is based on a photo or video, please DM or text your inspiration when booking. For custom colors, please send your desired color/inspiration in advance so we can make sure the correct hair is prepared for your appointment. 💰 DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS A deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary by service: * Standard services: $20–$25 deposit * Children’s services: $15 deposit * Sisterlocs services: $100 deposit Once your appointment is confirmed, cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited. A NO CALL / NO SHOW will require an additional deposit before you are eligible to reschedule. ⏰ SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS Last-minute/squeeze-in appointments are subject to an additional $25 squeeze-in fee, due before the service begins.
